Download the APK or open the browser link. Visit our download page on your Android phone or open the moco Safari link on iOS; the file arrives in your Downloads folder.

Enable installation from unknown sources (Android only). Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle the switch; this allows the APK to install outside Google Play.

Common installation issues and how to solve them
Some Android phones block APK installation by default. If you see "Installation blocked," go to Settings → Apps → Permissions and enable Unknown Sources for the Files app or Chrome (whichever downloaded the APK). Certificate trust errors occasionally appear on very old Android versions; if your phone warns that the certificate is not recognised, this is normal—our APK is signed and secure, and you can safely continue. If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → moco → Storage → Clear Cache) or uninstall and reinstall. For iOS Safari users, if the page does not load, check that JavaScript is enabled in Safari settings and that you have a stable internet connection. We recommend using DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet for deposits; if payment fails after installation, verify your network is not filtering payment gateways.
Data, permissions, and account security on moco
